DC 470 Tick Tock Bang Bang

Clockwork Quartet

This week, post Podcrawl analysis, and this week in manic podcast creation. Another long day with thunderstorms and sunshine. Spotify and Facebook union?. A good idea, but might be the end of the competition. The Bieber Strain of Ganja, but who will his legal team sue? Perfume, the start of a slippery slope of demise. Danes reject Marmite, a new Carrie remake? and a strip shooting gallery, courtesy of Duke Nukem. Only a week away before we’re on Traxx Radio, stay tuned.

Nice mix this episode. VTG and The Clockwork Quartet particularly catching my… ears?

I like the idea of the social networking music party. It’s not really anything revolutionary, but it’d be nice for it to be real-time and social, rather than just posting a link on their wall.

I, like your good self, would much rather own the music than pay a subscription to simply have access to it. My internet is quite unreliable anyway, so I wouldn’t really want to pay a fixed fee for music I might not even be able to listen to.

  • The Spotify/Facebook think is curious and makes me wonder how close Spotify really is to launching in the U.S. Hadn’t even thought of the idea that that Facebook might just eventually buy Spotify but who knows?
