Hello!
I’m skipping quite a bit ahead of where I’m at in listening to Dark Compass to catch your Christmas episode before Christmas is over.
Lovely music!
“Christmas in October” reminds me of when I was still working in Retail Hell. Of course, in that case, for some parts of the store, Christmas actually started in September. I’m finally able to enjoy Christmas again, now that I’ve left Retail Hell behind me.
I am amused by Beatallica. I think it must have been the song by The Porn Orchard whose lyrics matched what I usually feel in December. Very clever! And I have never heard a cover of The Heat Miser before. That one was a treat!
It was so nice to hear A Band Called Quinn “Lumen de Lumine” on your show. I’ve played this song on Inside My Head a few episodes back. Wonderful song!
Great show. Merry Christmas. Happy New Year.
Good Christmas jams, Rowlz. Beatalica is making me all nostalgic for 2005.
